Yes-U-Can, Bert Ardantz Memorial Scholarship

The Yes-U-Can scholarship was created by the Ardantz family in memory of Bert Ardantz. Bert was a re-entry student at Hancock College. She was a product of the foster care system, as well as a single mother. She later attained her bachelor’s degree in education from UCSC, and went on to form her Yes-U-Can tutorial and mentoring program focusing on inner-city youth.
