Dr. Roger and Mrs. Catherine Welt Scholarship

This annual scholarship is provided by the Welt family in tribute to Dr. Welt who retired in 2009 from Allan Hancock College. Dr. Welt served as the Executive Dean for Off-Campus Programs/Lompoc Valley Programs for many years and as the Vice President of Student Services. The award supports a student who is on currently serving in the United States military at Vandenberg Air Force Base or is a veteran.
