Vicki L. Teal Memorial Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was created by Vicki’s father, Charles M. Teal, a big supporter of higher education. Vicki’s life was cut short by a rare and incurable disease in November 2009. Mr. Teal wishes to honor Vicki’s memory with this scholarship to assist others to achieve their educational goals.
