Joanie's Scholarship Fund for the Performing Arts

This scholarship recognizes the commitment and resilience of a student who has embraced or overcome personal odds to pursue a passion for the performing arts. This scholarship is named for Joan Milbourne, who overcame the odds to become an AHC student and perform with the PCPA ensemble.
