Joan Semelsberger Memorial Scholarship

These endowed scholarships are provided by Joan Semelsberger, Susan Roth and the late Donald Semelsberger. The award supports a single parent and also a reentry student from the Lompoc Valley who will be continuing at Allan Hancock College in the fall.
