"Golden Medley" Kay Riley Hood Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship was created by the Hood family in memory of Sandra Kay Hood. Kay was a dedicated single mother of three who shared her love and admiration for songs and musical theatre. She was a proud Texan raised by a family who appreciated the arts and giving back to the community. The annual scholarship was established for outstanding students in the college’s Music or PCPA programs. It is to help students whose love of music inspired them to further their education and make it part of their purpose.
