Fidel Herrera Memorial Scholarship

This annual scholarship was established in memory of Fidel Herrera who taught English as a Second Language for 27 years at Allan Hancock College. It was the wish of Mr. Herrera and also his family to help students continue their education at Hancock College so they can transfer to a university if they so choose.
